Summary: How to download extracted data

• Step 1: From the dashboard, click the project that contains the data you want to download then click 'Work Queue.'
• Step 2: Select the documents that contain the extracted data you want to download using the check boxes. Check additional boxes to download extracted data from multiple documents. When finished, click the 'Download selected' button.
• Step 3: A pop-up with download options will appear on screen. Select your desired output format then, optionally, click the toggle to reveal additional advanced settings and make any desired selections.
• Step 4: Click 'Download # data points' button to download your extracted data. You'll be rerouted to the Work Queue and confirmation message will appear in the bottom left.

How to download previous versions of extracted data

If you edit a data point output or send a data point for relabeling, previous versions are stored for reference. Here's how to download a previous version:

1. Open your super.AI dashboard
2. Open the relevant project
3. Bring up the details card for a data point by clicking its row in the work queue
4. Click Latest Version at the top left of the data points details card
5. Select the version that you want to download
6. Click Download above the data point output
