Model withdrawal form
Withdrawal from a contract with super.AI, for consumers in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK.

1. Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from entering into the contract to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.
This applies to a paid subscription, and it also applies where we provide the service in exchange for your personal data rather than for money, which is what happens on the free tier. Section 12 of the Self-Service Terms of Service sets out the whole position.
To withdraw, all you need to do is tell us clearly. Email legal@super.ai and say that you are withdrawing. You do not have to use the form below, and using it gives you nothing extra: it exists because we are required to provide it, and because some people would rather fill in a form than compose a message.
If you asked us to start providing the service straight away, and we have fully provided it, the right to withdraw is at an end. If you withdraw part way through, you pay for the part already provided. We tell you this at signup and again at checkout, and we ask you to confirm it there.
2. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can copy it into an email, or print this page and post it.
Delete whichever of I/We and my/our does not apply.
3. What happens next
We confirm that we received your withdrawal without delay. Where you have paid us, we refund what is owed using the same means of payment you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice, unless you agree otherwise. Where you paid nothing, there is nothing to refund and the contract simply ends.
Your content stays retrievable for 30 days after the contract ends, and we provide it in a machine-readable format free of charge if you ask. Section 8.3 of the terms sets out that window.
Send a completed form, or any clear statement that you are withdrawing, to legal@super.ai. Your other consumer rights are in section 12 of the Self-Service Terms of Service.
