Documents and agreements
Our SOC 2 report and security documentation are held in our Security documents (Vanta), where access is granted on request. Request access and we will let you in.
We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we are not obliged to. German law requires a trader who does not participate to say so, which is what this sentence is. Section 12.6 of the Self-Service Terms of Service says the same thing contractually.
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, with or without an account.
