The group's developers connected their internal system to our API, so invoice and bank statement data came back already structured.

This customer is a car dealership group with multiple locations in the U.S., and dealerships run on paperwork. Vendor invoices, vehicle invoices and bank statements all had to get into the internal system the group's own IT and development team built and runs.
Before we got involved, that happened by hand. Someone read each document and keyed what was on it into that system.
Because the group had its own developers, we didn't need to put a new tool in front of their team. The data just had to get into their system without the typing.
The integration ran through our API. Their system sent each document to super.AI, we pulled the data out, and structured results went back into their system.
So the extraction happened behind the scenes. The team kept working in the system they already used, and the data showed up there instead of being keyed in.
Their developers started building against our API right away, and the contract took effect in November 2024.
It moved fast. We went from our first working session to a signed contract in 8 days, and volume started ramping up in December 2024.
By our billing records, we processed more than 345,000 pages from November 2024 to June 2026. About 237,000 of those came in the first contract year, November 2024 to November 2025.
Volume grew from there. The busiest 12 months were April 2025 to March 2026, at more than 265,000 pages, and the busiest single month was October 2025, at more than 27,000.
If your team already has its own system and the hard part is getting data off the page and into it, that's the problem we worked on with this group. You can read more about our accounts payable automation work.
