Agreements

Documents and agreements

Our SOC 2 Type II report and security documentation are held in our Security documents (Vanta). Our SOC 2 Type II report, Trust Center access and the contractual security commitments in the Enterprise Agreement apply to Enterprise customers only, and are available to organisations evaluating the Enterprise plan. Self-service and Growth plans are not covered by our SOC 2 commitment and do not receive the report; what applies to them is the Self-Service Terms of Service and the published policies on our compliance page. Enterprise customers and prospects: request access and we will let you in.

We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we are not obliged to. German law requires a trader who does not participate to say so, which is what this sentence is. Section 12.6 of the Self-Service Terms of Service says the same thing contractually.

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, with or without an account.

Washington and Nevada residents: our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes how health-related information inside submitted documents is handled.

  • Self-Service Terms of Service

The agreement for accounts created through self-service signup on super.ai or in the product. It covers the free trial, credits, chats, flows, paid plans and data protection.

  • Super.AI Enterprise Agreement

The agreement for enterprise customers. Applies where an Order Form or a Statement of Work incorporates it. If you have a separately negotiated agreement with us, that agreement governs, and if you signed up through the product this is not your contract.

  • Super.AI Enterprise Service Level Agreement

The standard availability commitment, service credits and support response targets for Enterprise customers whose Order Form incorporates it. Self-service and Growth plans carry no service level commitment.
